Callow fraternity boy? I thought Billy graduated from the Coast Guard Academy. Since there are no fraternities at any of the Federal Academies this seems a bit strange to me. How can he be a callow fraternity boy and a service academy graduate? Obviously a figure of speech, but rather inaccurate and mis-leading.
