Personally, as long as my chapter and the fraternity as a whole are strong, that's the important thing to me. If you're a member of ABC, I don't think the goal should be catching XYZ, but making ABC strong.

It will be an interesting trend to see how well some of these chapters fare with the emphasis on agressive expansion.
Totally agree with you - I have seen so many chapters of a few particular fraternities struggling because their HQ is overextended. I'd rather be in a very strong middle-sized sorority (which I am) than be in a huge one that's overextended and not providing for its' chapters.
