Can you give us any more details? When did the trouble start? Was there something that precipitated it; i.e. an issue that divided the chapter, etc., or are guys just falling away for no apparent reason?
Are you an officer in your chapter? If so, the office you hold could be your opportunity to help strentghen your chapter.
