I went through rush at a Northern school just this past year. I wore nice jeans and a blazer with a cute top for first round, khakis and a cardigan second round, and for pref night I wore a simple black cocktail dress. Everything pretty much came from Express. I wouldn't worry about it. For earlier rounds, just dress like you're going out to a casual restaurant in the city.
