LOL! That happened to me! I asked a customer to hold and he said "No" (I might add, he was being a real jerk at the time). I was flabbergasted (sp?). The outcome? I ended up giving him 101 reasons why I needed him to hold until he conceeded (I think he got tired of hearing me talk by that time). The ironic part is I've done it before. Payback...
