If you're looking for sweet drinks with kick, I'd stick with Long Island Ice Tea. I've made more than a few people stumbling drunk with those

Easiest way to make 'em is to go get a LIT mixer (with the alcohol in it). Then, all you have to do is add the vodka and a splash of coke for color. Uncomplicated.

For shots, nothing beats the Jagermeister.

Whiskey over ice ain't bad for sippin' drink.

For chugging, I'll take a flaming Dr. Pepper: Fill a pint glass full of beer, fill a shot glass with amaretto, then, on the top, add a little 151 (some folks opt for a LOT of 151), just don't forget the amaretto. Light the 151, drop the shot into the beer and chug.

My favorite drink is the mint bucket. For this one, you'll need spoon straws (I got a bunch of them at William-Sonoma) and a punch bowl. I've described this one several times on here:
You'll need to cover the bottom of the bowl with mint leaves -- fresh are best, dried work also if you're not worried about it looking like you have pot floating around. Then, fill bottom of punch bowl with ice, add fruits such as strawberries, cherries, grapes, peaches, blueberries (avoid melons). Then, add another layer of ice. Now add 1 liter of ginger ale, 2 cans of pink lemonade and an entire bottle of vodka. If there's any room left in the bowl, fill it with ice.

The thing with this drink is that it's best a 'communal drink'. In other words, everyone needs to drink out of the spoon straws. Using glasses is not acceptable

It forces everyone to be social -- good stuff. A little elaborate, but it's worth it. And a hell of a good drink.
