well i'm glad to see that there may have been some reasoning behind this, couldn't figure out the purpose. But knowing the house that is at total, I can't have THAT much sympathy for them, being that they're one of the most consistently successful chapters on campus, and have been for quite awhile. They never have any trouble getting girls.
It's not panhel's responsibility to make sure that they fill their house, especially since they own it, it's their own responsibility. Panhel doesn't bend the rules when chapters with suites have problems filling them.
I agree that it would do more harm to the smaller chapters to the benefit of the largest chapter. Glad that it didn't pass yet.
Are we graduating a lot this year?
