Ketchup, swear to G** it works
Ketchup contains something that naturally removes the chlorine from hair, get it wet pour HEINZ 57 into hair and let it sit for 30 mintues with a cap over your head....rinse(well) and condition
I saw it in Cosmo a couple of years ago when I lifeguarded.
