It's funny, how, even though I make practically the entire dinner and the fixin's, and the fact that I'm already 25, I still prefer sitting at the kids' table.

But good news though. My cousin Julie, who's so damn gorgeous and used to work as a model, considered a "spinster" by many in the family just because she's 35...announced that she's finally getting married. Fiance's with the 29th Brigade training in Fort Bliss, but he'll be back for the Holidays, so here we go with a shotgun Xmas wedding!

The applause I received at the end of dinner was well worth it, and I've hung up the apron till next year...

Now I'm off to find my fat girl pants and hibernate.
