I am old enough to have to explain to my children about the vaccination scar on my shoulder from it. Mr Sageofages has one too.
I would definitely be vaccinated and have my children as well, if it were open to the general public. I went to HS with a girl who had the disease
She was terribly disfigured...looked like her skin had been melted.
