Perhaps you should read the link you posted... and how it refers to the NATO involvment and not the UN's...

I was there under the UN not NATO I say again UN not NATO (they came around a couple years after).... or at least I assume why I was in the big white vehicle with the big UN flag....

This is too good....
Even if you weren't there under NATO and under the UN, your country was a member of NATO and the prime minister as well as its military commited a war crime. Get that in your head.

Laugh all you want. You even couldn't read that he was a law professor. I bet you're sitting there laughing at how ignorant you looked when you couldn't read.

As for the United Nations on war crimes well they are selective in classifying something as a war crime aren't they. Heck the entire organization is biased in how it views certain acts; for example, let's look at the Human Rights Commission of the United Nations where Sudan was elected a member UNCONTESTED!

"A government that engages in wholesale abuses of its citizens should not be eligible for a seat at the table, especially a country just criticized by the commission," said Joanna Weschler, U.N. delegate for Human Rights Watch, one of 10 advocacy groups that issued a protest statement. (Reuters) (http://www.reuters.com/newsArticle.j...2&section=news)

Other members have included: China, Cuba, and Pakistan, Algeria, Syria, Libya, and Vietnam.

Bottom line under NATO, your country, Canada commited war crimes.

Under the United Nations, war crimes were given an approving wink and allowed to happen.
