I don't think Powell wants to be in the Senate
NY already has two good opponents for Hillary - Rudi and Pataki. I wonder if she would have won originally if Rudi hadn't had the prostate problem?
I don't think Powell wants to be in the Senate, and if he does there are many better places to run.
