At Berkeley, I think in terms of frats:

1) Pi Kappa Phi - 55
2) Phi Gamma Delta - 51
3) Tau Kappa Epsilon - 47

Sororities:

1) Alpha Omicron Pi: 120+
2) Gamma Phi Beta: ~110
3) Delta Gamma: 90+
