Yea, unfortunately, sometimes an excitable alumni or Nationals comes in and there's little the school can do to stop it. My alma mater's Phi Delta Theta chapter shut down this Spring due to "risk management violations" and although they submitted a 20page appeal, they are still off campus for at least 4-5 yrs. I could think of other fraternities that should have been shut down instead of them....
I guess a lot of times it's PR w/ the Nationals...
