My cramps just begin to get bad after I started college, but this past year has been THE WORST.

Right now it feels like The Battle of Gettyburg is occurring in my stomach (like sharp pains and "rumbling & twirling")!!
It hurts SOOOOO BAD!! I am very anemic so maybe that could be why...What else could be associated with bad cramps? What can I do to make them better (before, during, & after my cycle)?
