Okay well i used get really really bad cramps as well. They were so bad that i couldnt move or it would hurt more. I couldnt go to school or work, and sometimes i would even throw up. I would be freezing all day long and was never even hungry. I would cry and cry because i was in so much pain. Well finally, i went to the doctor and she just said to take aleve about 2 days before i get my period. Well that helped a little bit but it was still bad! So, now I am on Alesse 28 which is really low dosage. It has helped with my cramps a lot. Now i can actually go to school and work- and be normal! Although i do get some cramps a couple of days before i get my period and thats when i take aleve.
Okay well now i have a question... I am going to cancun the last week in July (yay!!
) but i am supposed to get my period the day we leave to cancun. Even though i dont get cramps anymore i dont want to have that to deal with, so is it true that if you dont take the "sugar pills" and instead start a new pack of pills you wont get your period? I know some people told me that it works, but does it on everyone? Is it safe? Sorry for the questions but i dont want to do anything thats not good for my body.
