One time to practice songs for rush, we broke into groups and were each given a song or chant. We had to come up with a little dance, or hand motions, or a little skit or something to do along with the song. Then we performed them in front of everyone. Some of them were so cute and creative, it was really fun.

I've also suggested on a previous spirit week thread to play "I Love all my KD Sisters" and having a teddy bear pass. Here is the link to the thread

In junior high, we did this in my homeroom: Each person takes a piece of construction paper, folds it into a card, and writes their name on the front. All the cards get all mixed up and passed around, and each person writes something nice about the person who's card they have. It can be anonymous, or people can sign it. It's almost like a mini yearbook, it's always nice to get compliments about yourself!
