Do you not have a Chapter Relations chair? I would sit these girls down and see what's going on in their lives and then take necessary measures to discipline them if they are doing anything to bring your chapter down. Remember, 2 weak links can break the entire chapter. You must always strive to keep harmony and sisterhood within your chapter.
