I feel ya. If you go back to season one, when they were cooking barbq plates to celebrate D beating that murder charge, String was checking out D's girl then. I expected D's girl to get with him, because she is a "dope-dealing groupie" much like the ugly chick who always rides with the lame dude who buys the cell phone WHOLESALE. I just expected more for String. He seemed too wise to make a mistake like that.
However, in String's defense, though it was convienent, Deangelo was exremely weak and there was no way in hell he could do that time. He was already getting dusted in jail every other night. It would only be a matter of time before the pressure had gotten too him. Besides, McNulty was on his way over to the jail to check on D, and you know he would have tried to flip him again. The decision to kill D (aka Fredo) was a smart move, but sleeping with his girl was bad for business. No matter how close Avon and String are, you can never trust a man who would BACKDOOR you for your ol lady.
I want my boy CUTTY to return so bad. I know if the right person brought it out of him (like the youngster who jacked him for the G-pack), he could return to the game. Avon is looking real weak right now. He doesn't have his house under control, nor does he have a firm grip on those corners. And I don't know what made Avon (with his extra small wife beater on

) think he was gonna man handle string one on one without a gun. Avon may be the boss, but he is not in the gym.
Oh yea, I heard Wood Harris's boy "from Paid In Full" (Don't know how to spell his name - Feifer) will be appearing on the wire...
