It really depends on which school you attend. I would have to say ECU is very caught up in trends.
As for make up get the smudge proof kind and min. the amount you use, esp if you are really active or sweat alot.
personally in the summer-- I try to avoid fondation or I use the speciality kind mixed with lotion. I also wear waterproof/ smudge proof mascara and eyeshadow.
also alot of my friends with naturally wavey hair use frizzies.
