Which School?
Just some ideas off the top of my head..
Visit conferences and other chapters.
Work with your sponsor regularly to find out what sort of things you need at any time.
Develop brotherhood.
Try to recruit from the entire campus, having the entire group as accounting majors can be difficult to break out of...
Get organized.
Get good PR on your campus. It really does help.
Get an Advisor you can count on who cares that you charter, not just a name on paper.
Ask questions on greekchat.com about advice for IG/PG.
