Well Sheila, if he comes back to PA, it won't be in the public sector. Recall his reasons for leaving- having to put his children through college. Which is apparently impossible on the pretty little salary he makes (while I know his salary isn't huge, it's much more than working families who send their kids to college somehow). Hmmm... perhaps he's looking back and regretting what he could've done to improve the PA higher educational system.
