Sounds like you and Bryan have a great idea.
I'm sure it'll be a great house. Getting what you both want is definitely important. I guess my parents had that same idea in mind. Even though we dont have the asian gardens or even close the Mr. Miagi look. I suppose eventually I'll inherit all that stuff.
