Have both in the past directly participated in the deaths of civilians/non-combatants? Yep
Have both issued orders that knowingly violated international law? Yep
Have both issued orders for civilians/non-combatants to be killed? Yep
Have both pursued a political strategy that foster an enivroment of hate/racism/bigotry? Yep
Have both catered to the exteremist elements of their respective societies/parties? Yep
Hmm.. seems to me when you judge them that way they are both either criminals or terrorists...
