He is worth over a billion dollars from foreign aid that he has stolen from his own people.
He finances his "militants" and not the civil servants by holding the funds to pay people their wages.
The US no longer wants anything to do with him and most European countries want someone new.
He has effectively prevented any other ruler from making any real decisions and ruled in a dictatorship.
Given that he has not brought stability to anything, I would like to know how things could be any worse.
