Hey! I know here in Baton Rouge (if not the rest of the South)...It's none of the above. Everybody I know always ask for coke. The drink could be a dr. pepper but we'll still ask for coke.
OH...and juniorgrrl--I gotta agree. The accents around Baton Rouge are very typically southern. You can definitely hear the twang when you talk to people around here. I guess that includes me since I was born and raised here!!!
