The Junior League is for women who are out of college, and usually at least in their late 20s, but most of the chapters are filled with middle-aged women. The JLT doesn't sponsor a debutante ball, though we are working with high school aged girls in a mentorship program. This year's new members include younger women who are just out of university, so our youngest new members are actually 22-23 years old! I find it interesting that some leagues still sponsor debutantes. Maybe JLT can look into that in the future.
