The true defeat is that people have chosen to ignore ...
the that fact that we are in a baseless war
the current state of our economy
the large number of unemployed Americans
the large number of Americans who have no heath coverage
etc., etc.
All because Dubya says we are going to get the bad guys at all cost. And in the very near future, at all cost will be our brothers, sisters, cousins, and even some of us being drafted into the mess that he has created in Iraq.
That is the true agony of this defeat.
