Yeah, but it'll be for the opposite reasons - instead of being incredibly and bizarrely unprepared, Ohio is taking overly cautious steps to make sure that there's no possibility of a legal challenge. While the Governor and SecState of OH are both Republican, they are both well-respected and are trying to ensure a situation where no one feels 'cheated' no matter the outcome. Respectable, but time-consuming, perhaps unnecessarily so, because in all honesty the outcome is fairly certain.

Compare this to Iowa, where the Secretary of State is a gigantic moron and is setting up some fairly bizarre situations - Culver used to teach his American history students at Hoover that atomic weapons were dangerous for years after the initial blast not due to radiation, but instead 'poison gas' . . . unreal. This could be a massive, totally worthless fiasco.
