Re: Carson vs. Coburn in Oklahoma, I think Carson's campaign heavily misrepresented his voting record. He also had 527's running negative ads that accused Coburn of doing things that even the prosecuting attorney said he didn't do. A month ago, it looked like Carson had the race in the bag and then, his ads seemed to backfire.
I like that Coburn is a VERY fiscal conservative and will be an advocate against pork barrel spending. Socially, however, he's slightly to the right of Atilla the Hun.
