Tic Tac Toe
Get some 4x4 ceramic tiles, paint pens, two colors of the flattened glass marbles (like what's used in floral arrangements, etc), and the small drawstring party favor bags like what is used to put mints in at a wedding....
Have the women use a paint pen and ruler to draw the tic-tac-toe criss-cross, put five of each color marble in the bag... wa-la.
I know a chapter that was successful in getting Home Depot to donate the tiles and Michaels to donate everything else... their cost - zero.
