Price of gas is pretty bad, last time I checked it was around 79 cents a litre (canadian).
Mulitply .79 times 4.5 (# of litres in a gallon)
divide that number by 1.5 to figure out the approximate cost in american dollars and the total equals $2.37 a gallon...
I'm probably a little off, but maybe this is why very few students have their own cars (at least on my campus).
