Sorry I keep posting in this thread... but years dealing with the public just make you a little jaded.
People
do think they should get everything for free. Like it doesn't cost our store anything to get it. They think we make like 300% profit on everything.
I really hate it when a customer will make 21 color copies (which are $.99/each) and then come to the counter and say they only wanted
one, but the machine "just keep spitting them out". (Gee, don't hit that big RED button that says "Stop" or anything...)
And they get bit-chey when they have to wait more than about 10 seconds for
anything.
Anyways.. today was like crazy people day at work, so I reread this thread to make me feel better.
I was actually thinking today about how rude people are, like they have no manners whatsoever. I'm talking about adults in their 30's. They grab things from you, get all huffy when
they are inconvienced (God forbid), talk to people like they are dirt, etc. I feel bad for their children.
