Heeheehee...

On this note, about telling people how stuff works and having them argue about it...
In the fall, we hade two of our frats come down and stretch the limitations of our banner printer, seeing which one could come up with the better banner, week after week. Now, ABC fraternity was rude and obnoxious, called back every 10 minutes to see if their banner was printed, etc... While XYZ would call back once a day to check on their banner's status. At this point, I was still learning how to use the printer, so when ABC came in to my office, telling me how to use the printer and to get their banner out NOW, I wasn't too happy. I ended up running out of paper, much to my annoyance, since ABC started bringing me piles of scrap paper to use. I ended up telling them that I would have their banner the next day, and I would even put it up myself, provided they never contacted me again.

The next day, XYZ came by, and these are like, the nicest guys in the world, and while I'm sitting there not knowing what to do, or why the heck I can't get the printer to print, the one XYZ guy is sitting there making really GOOD suggestions, and eventually, between him and I, we got not only his banner to print, but the ABC banner as well.

since it was almost 8 pm and already dark, they also walked me to my car. I guess this was a case of rude, obnoxious customers turned not-so-bad... But I still don't get along with the ABC guys. Gr.
