go to http://www.3gforfree.com. if you log on to the site from your computer, they'll want you to pay $7 thru paypal for a one-year subscription. but, if you go to the site through your phone, it's free. i promise. i finally got a camera phone on friday (sprint) and i have downloaded like 8 ringers and a screen saver.
