Well yeah he got in trouble... there IS a limit. It's not like I can run down to Mexico and grab a big ole' case of valium to bring back... it's all about the prescription when purchasing narcotics in Mexico these days.
They've even put a crunch on how much Tequilla/Kaluha/etc. you can bring back... I think it is 2 bottles per person now.
