33girl, I do agree with you that people with facilities polices are SOL. And it's not just mixers. It's mixers, philanthropy events, community service, anything. They can apparently do stuff at 3rd party vendors, but it seems to me that the facilities policy is a bit extremist. I'm pretty happy that we did the functions policy. I mean, after all, I've been to frat houses and most of them are pits. (NOT ALL, CALM DOWN

I think the idea of mixing every week is too much and am glad some of my chapters have decided to do more elaborate, less frequent mixers.
