You could always do a movie night or a sports night, my chapter used to play Wallyball (don't ask me how you play, they never played once I joined, but it looked like fun!). We also tried to eat meals together, wearing letters, in the cafe to get attention from non-greeks.
I totally wish we were allowed to do scavenger hunts. And not for stupid stuff, fun stuff!
