I highly doubt Clinton will get the job. There is no way a member of the Perm 5 will be considered for the top job. Beside, it always go through continentai cycle and it's Asia's turn to get the top job. From what I've herd, it will either be a Malaysian or a Thai that will get the job. I can't remember the names, but I believe they are a former vice president and foreign minister.
