The American version really creeped me out. But I'm a wimp anyway when it comes to scary movies. I haven't seen the original, but this one didn't really have much plot or character development. Plus, it was kind of predictable. But the images were so creepy that it still managed to have everyone in the theater I was in screaming and watching through their fingers.
