I got a pair of shoes that are similar and the first day I rubbed a hole inbetween my big toe and second toe! Ouch!
I just used hydrogen peroxide on my foot for a few days, didn't wear the shoes, and kept a band-aid on. It healed into a callous that makes the shoes comfy now
