Good! I'm glad they named the countries.
Some of these countries are notoriously corrupt. Not that New York City politics are Downy fresh... But maybe those ads fighting over the West Side Satdium would disappear if these monies were collected, and the firefighters protesing outside of MSG this summer would get a pay raise.
