If we could do an anyone in time thing, then definitely Phil to host, with the real INXS performing.
If it was "Stephanie's World," I would host and have Jill Scott perform. The Rock would be a special guest, and do a skit with me. And I would do skits that mocked the Tom Green episode because it sucked.

"What the
blank Were You Smoking" Program would have Prince Charles hosting and Juvenile (sans Kristal bottle) performing.
And my "No, seriously, what are you smoking" show would star Al Sharpton with musical guest Rob Zombie, or Uncle Cracker.
