ITs a boring sunday afternoon so I thought I would introduce a not very serious topic y'all could chime in on.

What do you consider a skank? Or acting skanky? What does that mean?

I know i have been out at a club with some girl-pals and after a few drinks I'm like, "ooooh look at that girl" And a lot of time the girls I am with will reply, oh she is a skank or acts skanky.

What is that? Is it a look, if so what does it look like?

Is it the way she acts? If so how is that?
