We have the flying kamikaze roaches here, too.

My sorority little had one on the ceiling of her bedroom one day. My roommate, my little, and I played a game of 'How Many Sorority Girls Does It Take to Kill a Roach?'. I got out a broom and swept it off the ceiling. (I think I had the most difficult job since the roach kept flying all over the room while I tried to sweep it away) My roommate grabbed a shoe and squashed it. My little sis vacuumed it up. Keep in mind that we were all screaming the whole time. I wish I had videotaped the scene!
