When I was around 5, me and my older sister both saw "something" human-like, glowing, and floating beside the top of a building (adjacent to our building). We saw this from our balcony and it was way past midnight. Our nanny would not believe us.
It was definately not my imagination, because we both saw the same thing. And it still freaks me out to this day.
