Sarah, you're so right, I did miss page 9! I see lots of gorgeous Canadian AOIIs!

I don't know how many they've sold, and it's dreadfully expensive, and in all honesty just a pipe dream. Still, it's my "I want it NOW" (tm Veruca Salt) item.
