Oh, I agree -- psychobabbly speaking, I think that the control issues that sexual abuse causes can't be fixed as easily as all that. They run much deeper and probably would be best dealt with via therapy. But for some people, the sexual control that stripping (or the rest of the sex industry) provides can be an effective "band-aid" method, especially in limited doses.
