I just really don't see the plaintiffs being able to establish liability on the part of the national org. Clearly I am an Alpha Kappa Alpha woman, but independent of that I really don't want AKA to settle. I think they can win this pre-trial with savvy motion practice.

Soror I feel you! I was thinking the same thing. I'm thinking about all kinds of contributory negligence barring people from recovery... I was just trying to think of a good topic for my law review submission.
