I agree with that because our organizations were created to uplift the black community. And there are STILL some white sororities and fraternities that do not allow people of color into their organizations. It may not be public knowledge but they exist.
I also agree that stepping should be for NPHC organizations. I know of alot of schools that have non-NPHC orgs (Multicultural greeks, etc) that step. But I personally feel that stepping is apart of our culture and should be preserved. Stepping is an artform that has become too mainstream IMHO.
